Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 48ft3ajx platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information, a fictitious name, or invalid identification details is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 48ft3ajx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details. You should notify us immediately via the support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
General User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through their account complies with these terms. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, deploy automated software (bots) to place bets, attempt to exploit any bugs or system vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of fraud or manipulation that harms other users or the 48ft3ajx platform.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 48ft3ajx platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including DuitNow and GrabPay. You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used belongs to you — use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after payment confirmation is received. For withdrawals, requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal procedures and may take several business days depending on the method chosen. 48ft3ajx reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.
Any attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction through your bank (chargeback) without valid grounds will be treated as fraud and may result in account termination and appropriate legal action. - Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions;
- Service interruptions due to system maintenance or factors beyond our control;
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

48ft3ajx reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or attempted fraud; breach of these terms; suspicious activity or behaviour inconsistent with normal usage patterns; or at the request of a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of any balance associated with the relevant activity.
Alternatively, users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be returned once all security checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 48ft3ajx platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations — is the exclusive property of 48ft3ajx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
